Gayle Becker has leveraged her multiple careers over the past 40+ years in sales, business development, marketing, technology, franchise development, and success coaching, and rolled it all into creating New Digs MD, LLC.

She received her Real Estate license in 2013. Now her passion is making “Problem Properties Disappear!” Anyone can sell a beautiful, renovated, freshly painted house but Gayle sells the tired, the distressed, the outdated…and quickly!

Through her vast network of investors, she is able to match the property location and type to a hungry investor looking for their next project.

And guess what? There are no commission or settlement related fees!

When Gayle isn’t selling real estate, you can find her on the Pickleball court, around the canasta table or traveling to visit her 4 grandchildren.
